Description
A 1er Cru Extra‑Brut rosé Champagne from Pascal Doquet, made from estate-grown grapes in the Côte des Blancs. This non-vintage (NV) cuvée is composed mainly of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, with a short maceration to develop its rosé color and partial ageing in oak. The estate is certified organic and the wine is made by the traditional method. It works well as an aperitif and alongside seafood and shellfish dishes.
