Description

Piana del Rovere is Pascolo’s Collio Bianco, from a family estate rooted in the Ruttàrs hillside. The cuvée brings together three native varieties from the same vineyard: grapes are harvested at the same time and vinified together, following the tradition of a mixed-grape wine. The estate’s history spans three generations, from Angelo to Giuseppe and Alessandro, with attention to bunch selection and ponca soils. Cellar work aims to retain the identity of the place and grapes through measured intervention. Piana del Rovere places this meeting of varieties within the family’s exploration of the Collio.
