Description

The 2015 Mai Dire Mai from Pasqua Vigneti e Cantine is an Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG produced from the Montevegro vineyard in the Val d’Illasi. It is made from a blend of Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella and Oseleta; the grapes are dried for about four months and the wine is aged 24 months in new French oak. The wine shows a concentrated, structured profile with ripe dark-fruit, spice and dark chocolate notes.
