Description

Pasqua's Cascina San Vincenzo Amarone della Valpolicella 2018 is an Amarone DOCG from the Valpantena area in Veneto, produced from organically managed vineyards. It is made from Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella grapes that are dried for about two months; fermentation is carried out on whole berries and the wine is aged in barriques and tonneaux. Aromas include underbrush, leather and vanilla, while the palate shows firm tannins, concentration and lively acidity. It reflects the full-bodied, textured character typical of Amarone della Valpolicella.
