Description
Hey French — Fourth Edition is a still multivintage white from Veneto assembled mostly from Garganega with smaller amounts of Pinot Bianco and Sauvignon. The fruit is sourced from Monte Calvarina vineyards on basaltic-calcareous soils with notable day–night temperature variation. Component vintages are vinified separately, spend months on the lees and age in first-fill barriques and tonneaux before final blending. Aromas include chamomile, white flowers and tropical fruit with toasted hints; the palate is full-bodied with a clear mineral backbone.
