Patrick Piuze’s La Grande Vallée is a Chablis made from Chardonnay grapes grown in the eponymous area of Chablis. The wine shows aromas of citrus, pear and spring flowers, with pronounced mineral salinity and lively acidity on the palate. Released as Chablis vintage 2024, it is offered as a site-driven cuvée expressing the local terroir.
