A vintage Champagne from Pauline Collin BĂ©rĂȘche made from grapes grown in the 1er Cru village of Ludes in the Montagne de Reims. The 2020 cuvĂ©e is offered as an extra‑brut and is based mainly on Pinot Noir, supported by Chardonnay and a small portion of Petit Meslier. It shows lively acidity, balanced structure and a fine mousse, reflecting the character of the old‑vine sites in Ludes.
