Description

Pecchenino’s Barolo Le Coste di Monforte is a Barolo DOCG made from Nebbiolo grapes grown in the Le Coste di Monforte single vineyard near Monforte d’Alba. The wine is fermented with extended skin contact and aged in oak casks and cement tanks. Garnet in colour, it shows aromas of violet, tobacco, white pepper, wild mint and licorice; on the palate it is full-bodied with dense yet silky tannins and a mineral finish.
