Description

The Pedrotti Riserva 12 Metodo Classico is a sparkling wine from Pedrotti Spumanti produced in the Trento area. Made mainly from Chardonnay (about 90%) and Pinot Noir (about 10%), it undergoes an extended lees ageing—approximately 12 years (144–168 months). It shows a straw-yellow colour with golden hues, a fine persistent perlage and a complex bouquet with bread-crust, ripe fruit and tertiary notes.
