Description
A classic-method Trentodoc sparkling wine from Pedrotti made from 100% hand-harvested Chardonnay. This Extra Brut Riserva undergoes extended ageing — a minimum of 84 months on the lees — producing a fine, creamy perlage. It shows a straw-yellow to golden color and an intense, complex bouquet of candied citrus with spicy and toasted notes. On the palate it is fresh, sapid and well balanced, with notable persistence.
