Description

Perillo’s Taurasi Riserva 2013 is a red wine from the Taurasi DOCG produced in the Castelfranci area of Avellino from Aglianico grapes. The wine undergoes extended maceration and is aged in 28 hL barrels with additional maturation in stainless steel and in bottle; it is made without fining or filtration and is produced in limited quantities. It shows firm structure, lively acidity and fine tannins, with potential for further bottle development.
