Belle Époque Blanc de Blancs concentrates Perrier-Jouët’s floral style in a cuvée made entirely from Chardonnay. The grapes come from the Bouron Leroi and Bouron du Midi plots in the Grand Cru village of Cramant, where chalk defines the vineyard’s character. Produced only in years selected by the house, it brings together one variety, a precise origin and a single harvest. Extended maturation deepens the wine’s texture while maintaining its connection with freshness. It is a particularly focused, site-specific expression of the house’s exploration of Chardonnay and its many floral nuances.
