Perrier-Jouët Blanc de Blancs interprets Chardonnay through a selection of crus in the Côte des Blancs, Montagne de Reims, Sézannais and Vitryat. Wines from the harvest are joined by a proportion of reserves, also made from Chardonnay, to maintain continuity between releases. The house describes a floral profile, with suggestions of acacia and honeysuckle accompanied by lively citrus. Freshness runs through the palate before meeting a smooth, mellow finish. This cuvée is dedicated to the house’s signature grape, presenting its character in a bright, direct and finely balanced expression.
