Description
Perrot-Batteux et Filles’ Blanc de Blancs Vieilles Vignes Extra Brut is a Premier Cru Champagne made from old-vine Chardonnay. The family domaine is based in Bergères-lès-Vertus in the Côte des Blancs, where chalky soils provide the foundation of its vineyards. Extended bottle maturation on the lees accompanies this selection, completed by restrained dosage. The cuvée focuses on Chardonnay and mature vines within the work of sisters Cynthia and Céline. Origin, vine age and maturation time define its approach within the estate’s range of Champagnes.
