Description
Pertois-Moriset’s Les Quatre Terroirs is a Blanc de Blancs made from Chardonnay grown in the Grand Crus of Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Oger, Cramant and Chouilly in the Côte des Blancs. Winemaking uses stainless-steel tanks and barrels, without malolactic fermentation. Wines from a perpetual reserve, kept in large oak vessels and stainless steel, are added to the base harvest. After the second fermentation, the wine matures on its lees in the cellar. The cuvée brings together four origins of the same grape variety, connecting village identity with the management of reserves.
