Description

Voglar is Peter Dipoli’s Sauvignon Blanc produced in the Alto Adige area and marketed under the Alto Adige DOC designation. The wine comes from the Voglar vineyard, a site dedicated to Sauvignon since the late 1980s, and is vinified to reflect its site-specific character. It shows an aromatic profile with herbal and fruity notes and a pronounced fresh acidity. Winemaking is focused on conveying terroir and grape typicity rather than heavy cellar intervention.
