Petit-Roy’s Bourgogne Rouge “Les Lormes” is a regional Bourgogne red made from Pinot Noir grown in the Les Lormes lieu-dit in Pommard. The Les Lormes parcel sits on clay-dominant, relatively humid soils that contribute to a concentrated profile with red and dark fruit aromas and subtle spice. Vinification focuses on gentle extraction to maintain elegance, freshness and fine tannins.
