Description

Made by Maison Petit-Roy, the Saint Romain Blanc “En Chevrot” is a Chardonnay from the AOC Saint Romain, sourced from the En Chevrot lieu-dit. Aromas of fresh fruit and citrus are evident on the nose, while the palate shows lively acidity and a mineral thread typical of the calcareous soils of the Côte de Beaune. It is an expressive, terroir-driven white that pairs well with seafood and soft cheeses.
