Description

The 2022 Petra is a Toscana Rosso IGT from the Petra estate in Suvereto (Maremma). It is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc, with aromas of red and dark fruit accompanied by balsamic and spicy notes. On the palate it is powerful and full-bodied, with rich, silky tannins and good persistence. The wine is matured in barrique and receives further bottle ageing before release.
