Description

Philippe Chavy Bourgogne Chardonnay brings together five origins in the Côte de Beaune: L’Ormeau, Les Femelottes, Les Bergeries and Les Corvées aux Moines in Puligny-Montrachet, together with Les Pellans in Meursault. The blend therefore spans two villages central to the family’s work. Philippe has tended the parcels inherited from his parents since 1990, favouring manual work and restrained intervention. The grapes are hand harvested and pressed whole; the wine matures in barrels and is bottled without fining or filtration, retaining its connection with these different origins.
