Description

Philippe Chavy Meursault is a Chardonnay blend from Au Moulin Landin, Les Pellans, Gruyaches and Les Pelles Dessous. These parcels include plantings dating from 1932, 1945, 1957 and 1973, bringing several sites into one interpretation of the village appellation. Philippe has managed the vineyards inherited from his parents since 1990, favouring manual work and measured intervention. Fermentation begins in stainless steel and finishes in barrels, where maturation continues. The wine is then blended in tank and bottled without fining or filtration.
