The 2008 Belemnita Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru from Philippe Gonet is a cuvée made exclusively from Grand Cru Chardonnay fruit from Le Mesnil‑sur‑Oger. The Champagne is released as an Extra‑Brut and spends at least ten years ageing in cellar prior to release. It shows fine bubbles, fresh citrus aromas and pronounced minerality reflecting the chalky terroir.
