Description

Les Hauts d'Epernay Extra Brut 2017 by Philippe Lancelot is a vintage Champagne released as Extra Brut, produced from a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. The wine comes from vineyards around Épernay and is made following low-intervention, biodynamic practices. In the glass it displays fine bubbles and a fresh tension, with aromas of white fruit, floral touches and a subtle mineral streak. It pairs well with lean fish, shellfish and soft cheeses.
