Description

Philippe Pacalet’s Ruchottes-Chambertin Grand Cru 2021 is a Pinot Noir from the Ruchottes-Chambertin Grand Cru climat in Gevrey-Chambertin, Bourgogne. The vines grow on clay-limestone slopes with south-east exposure; the fruit is harvested as whole clusters and undergoes roughly 16 months of élevage in wood. Aromas show red fruit, spice and undergrowth notes, supported by firm structure and ageing potential. Vine age and limited yields contribute to the wine’s concentration.
