Pian dell’Orino’s Brunello di Montalcino Bassolino di Sopra is a Brunello di Montalcino DOCG produced from a single vineyard, Pian Bassolino. The wine is made from 100% Sangiovese. Sourced from the Montalcino area in Tuscany, it expresses the character of the upper part of the vineyard and is presented by the producer as a more subtle, precise style within their Brunello range. Vineyard and winemaking practices are focused on highlighting the cru’s finesse and elegance.
