Description

Soave Classico La Rocca is a single-vineyard white made from 100% Garganega grapes grown on the slopes of Monte Rocchetta in the Soave Classico zone. Fermentation takes place in French oak tonneaux and large Slavonian oak casks, followed by about 15 months ageing on fine lees, which adds complexity and texture. Aromas include ripe yellow fruit, dried apricot, almond, sweet spices and subtle balsamic hints. The palate is warm, elegant and persistent, with notable depth and ageing potential.
