Description

Domaine Ferraud Pouilly-Fuissé L’Entreroches comes from Chardonnay grown in Vergisson at the foot of the Solutré and Vergisson rocks. The property has belonged to the Ferraud family for several generations and brings together different parcels on clay-limestone soils. Individual origins are vinified separately, allowing contrasting exposures and soils to be combined in the blend. The wine shows golden reflections and a lively character. Its palate builds progressively: an initially more rustic impression gives way to finesse, with freshness and liveliness becoming the dominant features of the finish.
