Description

Pierre Legras Monographie Brut Nature is a Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs from the village of Chouilly, presented as an un-dosed Brut Nature. It is made exclusively from Chouilly Chardonnay and is partly vinified in oak; its aromas include white fruit, candied citrus and subtle buttery/bread-like nuances. The cuvée is primarily offered as non-vintage (BSA), with occasional vintage releases.
