The Pierre Legras Monographie Extra Dry is a Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs from Chouilly in the Côte des Blancs. It is made entirely from Chardonnay, with part of the wine vinified in oak, and is presented in an Extra Dry style. Producer materials describe floral, pastry and toasty aromatics; the cuvée belongs to the Monographie line of the house. It is sold under the Champagne AOC.
