Description

Le Parc rouge is Pierre Mang's Pinot Noir interpretation of the hills around Plottes in the Mâconnais. Its vines grow on slopes of clay and limestone within a small, deeply hands-on project developed after his experience with Jean-Yves Bizot, Philippe Valette and Alexandre Jouveaux. The cuvée centres on bright fruit, freshness and a savoury dimension, with a texture that retains agility. It is a personal expression of Pinot Noir from southern Burgundy, rooted in close attention to the vineyard and a low-intervention approach in the cellar, with small-scale work defining both its origin and its character.
