Domaine Pierre Morey Meursault Les Tessons comes from Chardonnay on a hillside overlooking the village. Its stony soil rests on limestone subsoil and lies at the same elevation as some Premiers Crus, while retaining Village classification. The profile combines finesse, elegance and complexity with a mineral dimension and capacity to develop. Hand-harvested grapes are sorted and gently pressed. After light settling, the juice ferments in oak with indigenous yeasts; maturation continues on the fine lees as the wine develops in barrel.
