The Pommard 1er Cru Grands Épenots of Domaine Pierre Morey, a historic Meursault estate farmed biodynamically, is made from Pinot Noir fermented without added yeasts. It matures a year on its fine lees in oak barrels and is bottled without fining or filtration. The 2022 is deep and substantial, with cherry, raspberry, liquorice and sweet tannins.
