Domaine Pierre Morey's Volnay 1er Cru Santenots comes from just 0.35 hectares of clay and limestone, with vines around 35 years old farmed biodynamically. Hand harvest with bunch selection and 12 months on fine lees in 228-litre barrels. The 2022 is supple and mineral, with blackcurrant, blackberry, blueberry, pepper and a hint of cocoa.
