Description

Pierre Paillard’s Les Terres Roses Grand Cru Extra Brut Rosé (2020) is a Champagne primarily made from the 2020 harvest. The declared blend is mainly Chardonnay with Pinot Noir (about 70% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir), including a small proportion of Bouzy Rouge; the cuvée spends multiple years on lees and is finished at a low dosage (2 g/L). The wine is characterized by Pinot Noir-driven aromas, a delicate yet firm structure and a fresh, chalky tension typical of Bouzy Grand Cru terroir.
