Description
La Grande Récolte 2012 is a vintage Extra Brut from the Bouzy Grand Cru terroir, blended from old-vine Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. It spent about ten years on the lees before disgorgement and has a very low dosage (around 1 g/L), which highlights purity and concentrated fruit. On the palate it offers structure and freshness with subtle bready/yeasty notes that add to its complexity.
