Description

The 2019 Les Maillerettes from Pierre Paillard is a single-parcel Blanc de Noirs from the Grand Cru village of Bouzy. The cuvée is made entirely from Pinot Noir grown on the Les Maillerettes parcel, planted in 1970. The wine highlights the structure and concentration typical of Bouzy fruit and expresses the terroir-focused style of the House. It is released as the 2019 vintage under the Grand Cru designation.
