Description
L'Esprit is Pierre Péters' vintage Blanc de Blancs, bringing together four origins in the Côte des Blancs: Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Avize, Cramant and Oger. Chardonnay is selected from Grand Cru parcels and blended only in harvests the family considers suitable for this cuvée. The intention is to combine different sites within a single vintage while preserving balance and varietal identity. Freshness, precision, texture and a mineral character are central to the estate's approach. L'Esprit therefore offers an ensemble portrait of the family's vineyards, complementing the more narrowly focused wines dedicated to individual sites.
