Les Chétillons focuses Pierre Péters' vision on a single site in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger. Chardonnay comes from three old parcels propagated through massal selection, rooted in soils where chalk lies close to the surface. The cuvée is always vintage-dated and made only from harvests selected by the family, highlighting the relationship between season and vineyard. The estate emphasises its powerful mineral character, incisive personality and texture. This Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs has a clearly defined identity, with careful winemaking intended to preserve rather than obscure the expression of its chalk-rich origin.
