Description

The 2017 Les Montjolys from Pierre Péters is a vintage Blanc de Blancs from the Grand Cru terroir of Le Mesnil‑sur‑Oger. The cuvée is made entirely from Chardonnay harvested across seven selected parcels, vinified separately with partial malolactic fermentation and aged on the lees for a minimum of six years. It is released as a Cuvée Spéciale / Blancs de Blancs Grand Cru with a low dosage (about 3.5–4.5 g/L).
