Description

Archineri Bianco is made entirely from Carricante grown on pre-phylloxera vines in Contrada Caselle, at Milo. The vineyard sits at approximately 850 metres on deep sandy soils, in a setting shaped by its exposure towards the sea and its proximity to the Valle del Bove. These venerable vines form the heart of this Pietradolce selection’s identity. Gentle pressing is followed by maturation in stainless steel and a further period in bottle. On the palate, richness combines with a flowing texture and an expressive mineral dimension, alongside a clear capacity to develop with time.
