Pietro Zardini’s Hercules Valpolicella Superiore 2018 comes from the Valpolicella area (San Pietro in Cariano). The wine is made from Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara with extended maceration and is aged in amphora and oak barrels for several years, producing a full-bodied profile. It has an alcohol content of about 15% ABV.
