Description

Made by Pietroso in Montalcino, the Berni Domenico 2020 is a Tuscan IGT produced from 100% Sangiovese. Fermentation uses indigenous yeasts with about 20 days of skin contact, followed by roughly 24 months in oak and a further minimum of 12 months in bottle. It shows a ruby red colour with garnet highlights and aromas of red berries, undergrowth, light vanilla and jammy notes; on the palate it is elegant, structured, with ripe tannins and long aromatic persistence.
