It is a singleā€‘parcel cuvĆ©e made from old vines and vinified exclusively from Pinot Meunier; it is aged in oak foudre and has a dosage of 3.5 g/l. The wine shows aromas of white and dried fruit with a pronounced mineral character; on the palate it offers fine bubbles and a saline, persistent finish.
