Description

Pio Cesareā€™s 2022 Barbaresco is a red wine from the Barbaresco DOCG made from Nebbiolo grapes. The wine is an assemblage of fruit from the estateā€™s vineyards across several subzones, notably Treiso and San Rocco Seno dā€™Elvio. Fermentation includes extended maceration and the wine is aged mainly in large oak casks for about 24 months. It shows ripe fruit, firm tannins and an elegant structure suitable for further aging.
