Rare Rosé is the prestige rosé cuvée of Piper-Heidsieck, a Reims house, made from selected Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. The 2014 vintage ages at length on its lees before disgorgement. It is velvety and juicy, with wild strawberry, sour cherry, blood orange and a background of spice and brioche.
