Description
The 2021 Barolo Via Nuova from E. Pira & Figli – Chiara Boschis is a Barolo DOCG made from Nebbiolo grapes sourced from several crus across the appellation. The wine is traditionally blended and aged for roughly two years in both large casks and French oak barriques, followed by bottle ageing. It shows a lively garnet-red color with an ethereal bouquet featuring floral and fruity notes. On the palate it is dry, sapid, balanced and persistently structured.
