Description
Ployez-Jacquemart Extra Brut Rosé is a rosé d’assemblage noted for its precision and refinement. The blend is led by Chardonnay with smaller proportions of Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir, including a small addition of red wine from the Grand Cru village of Mailly. It is produced only in particularly favourable years for the black grape varieties and is finished at a low dosage (about 4 g/L).
