Description

The “Granite” Extra Brut from Ployez-Jacquemart is a non-vintage Champagne cuvée created as a commemorative blend of notable vintages. It is composed mainly of Chardonnay (about 60%) with Pinot Noir (about 30%) and Pinot Meunier (about 10%), finished at an extra-brut dosage (around 4 g/L). Made by the house in Ludes, the blend draws on reserve wines from the Montagne de Reims and the Côte des Blancs to deliver freshness and layered complexity.
