The Jacquemart Vintage Extra Brut 2009 from Maison Ployez-Jacquemart is a Champagne AOC single-vintage bottling made from the house’s three traditional grapes: Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir. Crafted in the house’s low-dosage Extra Brut style and matured on the lees, it shows a fine mousse and lively structure. Flavours typically include citrus, autolytic brioche and subtle mineral tension derived from Montagne de Reims terroirs. It pairs well with fish, shellfish and refined, flavorful dishes.
