Description

Podere ai Valloni’s Boca Vigna Cristiana is the estate’s historic Boca DOC wine, produced solely from grapes of the Vigna Cristiana vineyard. The blend is led by Nebbiolo with Vespolina and Uva Rara, aged about three years in large oak casks and then further refined in bottle. The aroma shows red fruit, spice and earthy hints; the palate is structured with elegant tannins and pronounced minerality from the porphyry soils. It pairs well with risottos, red meats and mature cheeses.
